We want every customer to receive the right furniture in good condition. Please read our return and exchange conditions before placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Pattern Furniture, we carefully check products before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Report Time Please report visible damage or wrong product within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition Product must be unused, undamaged by customer, and in original delivered condition.
Proof Required Invoice, order details, photos, or videos may be required for verification.

1. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests may be accepted for the following reasons after verification:

  • Product is damaged during delivery.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color is delivered compared to confirmed order.
  • Major functional issue is found immediately after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or delivery damage.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
  • Products made according to customer-approved size, color, design, or material.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, accident, water exposure, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
  • Products with scratches, stains, dents, or damage after delivery acceptance.
  • Products returned without invoice, order proof, or proper verification.

3. Return / Exchange Request Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order information.

  • Contact Pattern Furniture through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Provide your name, phone number, order details, and delivery address.
  • Send clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps.
  • If approved, repair, replacement, exchange, or refund option will be discussed.

4. Inspection & Approval

All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Pattern Furniture.

  • Approval depends on product condition and issue verification.
  • Pattern Furniture may send a team or request additional proof for inspection.
  • If the issue is not related to manufacturing or delivery damage, return or exchange may be rejected.

5. Delivery, Carrying & Service Charges

Delivery, carrying, transport, or installation charges may apply depending on the situation.

  • If the issue is caused by Pattern Furniture or delivery damage, necessary support will be discussed.
  • If exchange is requested due to customer preference change, extra delivery or service charge may apply.
  • For large furniture, additional carrying or lifting charges may apply based on location and building access.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in approved cases where repair, replacement, or exchange is not possible.

  • Refund method and timeline will be confirmed after approval.
  • Any applicable delivery, service, or transaction charge may be deducted where relevant.
  • Advance payment for custom orders may not be refundable once production starts.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully check the product during delivery.

  • Check product size, color, design, quantity, and visible condition at delivery time.
  • Do not use or modify a product if you want to report a defect or delivery damage.
  • Keep invoice, order confirmation, and payment proof safely.
  • Follow proper furniture care and maintenance instructions.

8. Change of Mind

Return or exchange due to change of mind, change of room plan, color preference, size preference, or personal choice may not be accepted after delivery or production confirmation.

9. Policy Updates

Pattern Furniture may update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Updated information will be available on this page.

Important: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is any visible damage, wrong product, or major issue.
