3. Order Confirmation

4. Pricing & Payment

• Advance payment may be required for confirmed or custom orders.
• Delivery, carrying, fitting, or installation charges may apply separately.
• Payment method will be confirmed during order placement.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery time depends on product availability, location, courier or transport conditions, and production schedule.

• Estimated delivery time will be shared with the customer before or after confirmation.
• Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, public holidays, transport issues, or unavoidable situations.
• Customers should check product condition at the time of delivery.
• For large furniture, customers should ensure that stairs, lift, doorway, and room access are suitable.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture is prepared based on customer-approved design, size, color, material, and other requirements.

• Custom order cancellation may not be accepted after production starts.
• Advance payment for custom orders may be non-refundable.
• Customer-approved measurements and specifications cannot be changed after production begins.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

Warranty or service support, if applicable, depends on product type, material, and agreed terms at the time of purchase.

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, improper cleaning, accident, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
• Natural wear and tear, scratches, stains, fabric fading, or polish changes over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Customers should follow proper care instructions for long-lasting use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pattern Furniture will not be responsible for any indirect loss, misuse of products, wrong installation by third parties, or damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or usage.
